Superior Roll Back and Dump angles can only be achieved though mechanical advantage. Why did Ansung go through the added expense of linkage rather than just connecting the ram directly to the bucket? Because theres real world usefulness and safety that comes along with Linkage and you will enjoy the advantages every time you use your Ansung Loader. Better Roll Back allows you to carry heavy loads lower and with less Sluffing for a better (lower) center of gravity. Proper servicing leads to a longer life for pins and bushings. How does Ansung promote loader maintenance? By putting all grease points to the very outside of your loader where theyre easy to get to and you can service your loader with it resting nicely on the ground

Ansungs torque tube and Loader Stands are an innovation in design and function. They moved the stands underneath for safe stowing and FAST and easy deployment. One pin and your stand is ready! The torque tube, now freed from its former job of housing loose stands is now sealed from the elements, welded doublers are added to the outside and welded gussets on the inside

With Ansungs impressive lifting capacity comes the need for Ansungs added strength. This stiffener locks the loader in from front to rear in a Z pattern with the front mount (Or a backwards Z, depending on which side youre standing on) and is an added benefit when installing a backhoe
Stop, Drop and Roll
Dropping your Ansung loader is so easy youll actually look forward to doing it. Ansung really did a fantastic job with this Quick Disconnect Loader. Simply pull 2 pins, set it down on the stands, remove the 4 quick disconnect hydraulic couplers and youre off and running. Hooking it back up is just as easy and with the color coded hydro lines youll get it right the first time every time!

All parts are clearly marked, the exploded view shows every nut and bolt as it should go and the time should be less than 3 hours total!
